肽聚糖識別蛋白 1（Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 1），也被稱為 TAG7、PGRP-S， 在昆蟲和哺乳動物體內(nèi)所發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種先天性免疫激活蛋白，可介導(dǎo)抗菌作用和先天免疫反 應(yīng)。PGLYRP1 蛋白在免疫細(xì)胞中高度表達(dá)，如中性粒細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞，并 與多種炎癥有關(guān)，包括類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、氣道炎癥，冠狀動脈疾病或者哮喘口腔炎癥和癌 癥。 |

PGLYRP1 Target Cell 作為 TREM1 Effector Reporter Cell 的靶細(xì)胞，很好的模擬了體內(nèi) TREM1 的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程，原理見下圖所示。
