| Comments: | The tumor was classified as TNM stage I, grade 3, invasive ductal carcinoma with 0 out of 34 lymph node metastasis. The cells are poorly differentiated and vacuolated. The cells are negative for expression of Her2-neu but positive for expression of p53. HCC1395 is positive for the epithelial cell specific marker Epithelial Glycoprotein 2 (EGP2) and for cytokeratin 19. The cells are negative for expression of estrogen receptors (ER -) according to depositor and negative for expression of progesterone receptors (PR -). An EBV transformed lymphoblastoid cell line (HCC1395BL) from the same patient is available as ATCC CRL-2325. For more information, please contact us (4008-750-250). |
