				       趨化因子(C-C motif)受體 8 (CCR8)是一種主要表達(dá)于調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細(xì)胞(Treg)上的趨化因子 受體,屬于 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體。CCR8 的配體有 CCL1、CCL8、CCL16 和 CCL18。  |

| 
				       CCR8 β-Arrestin CHO 報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) CCR8/β-Arrestin 的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過(guò)程,原理見(jiàn)下圖所示。當(dāng)缺乏配體刺激時(shí),β-Arrestin 不與 CCR8 結(jié)合,融合β-Arrestin的熒光素酶處于失活構(gòu)象,當(dāng) CCR8 遭遇配體刺激時(shí),融合熒光素酶報(bào)告基因的β-Arrestin被招募,使熒光素酶報(bào)告基因處于激活狀態(tài),加入其底物后發(fā)光信號(hào)增強(qiáng)。
