| I. Background | |
| 松弛素（Relaxin）是胰島素超家族的多肽激素，主要由妊娠黃體分泌，通過結(jié)合其特 異性受體 RXFP1（松弛素受體 1，Class A GPCR）激活 cAMP/PKA 和 PI3K/AKT 通路，介 導生殖系統(tǒng)松弛（如恥骨韌帶軟化）、心血管保護（血管舒張/抗心肌肥厚）及抗器官纖維 化（抑制肝/腎/肺膠原沉積）等多效功能。 松弛素 2 是人體內(nèi)主要的活性亞型，由妊娠期黃體及心血管組織分泌，通過特異性結(jié) 合 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體 RXFP1 激活 cAMP/PKA、PI3K/AKT 及 ERK1/2 信號，驅(qū)動生殖道膠原 重塑、血管舒張及多器官抗纖維化；病理狀態(tài)下，松弛素 2-RXFP1 信號缺陷與急性心力衰 竭（心肌僵硬度增加）、肝肺纖維化（ECM 過度積累）及子癇前期（胎盤灌注障礙）密切 相關(guān)。 |
