				       NKG2D(Natural Killer Group 2D)是 C 型凝集素樣激活型受體,作為固有免疫系統(tǒng)的 核心監(jiān)視分子,主要功能是識別并清除受感染或轉(zhuǎn)化(癌變)的細(xì)胞。它在 NK 細(xì)胞、T 細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞等多種免疫細(xì)胞上表達(dá),參與固有免疫和適應(yīng)性免疫應(yīng)答。NKG2D 及其 配體在腫瘤發(fā)生、病毒感染等過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。NKG2D 是Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白,胞外含 C 型凝集素結(jié)構(gòu)域(結(jié)合鈣離子依賴型糖基配體),胞內(nèi)無信號基序,需通過銜接蛋白 DAP10 或 DAP12(Mouse)傳遞信號。  |

				      MICB CHO 作為 NKG2D Effector Reporter Cell 的靶細(xì)胞,很好的模擬了體內(nèi) NKG2D 的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程,原理見下圖所示。
