| I. Background | |
| CD44v6 基因是 CD44 基因的一種拼接變異體，其編碼的 CD44v6 蛋白是一種跨膜糖蛋 白，屬于細(xì)胞黏附分子家族成員。該基因位于人類(lèi)第 11 號(hào)染色體短臂，在轉(zhuǎn)錄過(guò)程中，通 過(guò)選擇性剪接形成包含變異型外顯子 v6 的剪接體。CD44v6 主要在具有轉(zhuǎn)移能力的癌細(xì)胞 中表達(dá)，能夠改變細(xì)胞間及細(xì)胞與基質(zhì)間的粘連，增強(qiáng)腫瘤細(xì)胞的轉(zhuǎn)移潛力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)， CD44v6 在食管癌、乳腺癌、非小細(xì)胞肺癌、白血病和胃癌等多種惡性腫瘤組織中高表達(dá)， 與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。CD44v6 通過(guò)與透明質(zhì)酸等配體結(jié)合，介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞黏 附和信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)，促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移。因此，CD44v6 被認(rèn)為是腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移促進(jìn)基因， 是判斷腫瘤生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后的重要標(biāo)志，也為腫瘤治療提供了潛在的靶點(diǎn)。 | |
