SCF220 在人類位于 12 號(hào)染色體長(zhǎng)臂（12q22-24），與可溶性 SCF（SCF248）共用同 一基因位點(diǎn)，通過 mRNA 選擇性剪接產(chǎn)生不同亞型；在小鼠位于 10 號(hào)染色體 Steel 位點(diǎn)， 編碼的膜結(jié)合型 SCF（mSCF220）與可溶性 SCF（mSCF248）共同參與造血調(diào)控。SCF220 基因編碼的膜結(jié)合型 SCF 是造血調(diào)控、細(xì)胞發(fā)育及免疫調(diào)節(jié)的關(guān)鍵因子，其雙重存在形式 （膜結(jié)合/可溶性）為臨床干預(yù)提供了多靶點(diǎn)策略。未來研究將聚焦機(jī)制解析與轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用， 推動(dòng)其在腫瘤治療、骨髓移植及組織修復(fù)中的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)。 |
