                | I. Background | |
| CTLA4 是一種 T 細胞共受體,也被稱為 CD152。與 CD28 相比,CTLA4 與 B7 家族分 子(包括 CD80 和 CD86)在抗原呈遞細胞(APCs)上具有更強的結(jié)合親和力。盡管 CTLA4 與 B7 共刺激受體結(jié)合,但它在 T 細胞的活化中起負作用。在 T 細胞受體(TCR) 識別 APC 的主要組織相容性復(fù)合體(MHC)呈遞的抗原后,T 細胞的 CD28 與 APC 的 B7 結(jié)合,通過阻斷 T 淋巴細胞反應(yīng)、減少 T 淋巴細胞增殖、抑制 Treg 淋巴細胞活性、減少細 胞因子分泌,導(dǎo)致 T 細胞活化從而抑制免疫反應(yīng)。 | |
