皰疹病毒進入介質(zhì)（HVEM），也稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員 14 （TNFRSF14），是 TNF 受體（腫瘤壞死因子）超家族的人細胞表面受體。HVEM 在多種 免疫細胞中表達，包括 T 細胞、B 細胞、自然殺傷細胞、樹突狀細胞和內(nèi)皮細胞。它還通 過在黑色素瘤細胞上的頻繁表達參與腫瘤的免疫逃避。 |
