| I. Background | |
| 白細胞免疫球蛋白樣受體 B (LILRB)家族成員是髓細胞活化的負調(diào)節(jié)因子。LILRBs 屬 于 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，為免疫抑制性受體，目前已知的 LILRBs 包括 LILRB1、LILRB2、 LILRB3、LILRB4、LILRB5。 LILRB 可廣泛結合 MHC-I 類分子，之后發(fā)現(xiàn)其配體還包括非 HLA 血管生成素樣 （ANGPTL）蛋白家族、S100A8、S100A9、APOE、骨髓基質(zhì)細胞抗原 2（BST2）。 ANGPTL 是一類主要由肝臟分泌的糖蛋白家族，除 ANGPTL8 外，所有這些蛋白都具有一 個 N 端卷曲螺旋結構域和一個 C 端纖維蛋白原樣結構域。迄今為止，已鑒定出 8 ANGPTL （ANGPTL1-ANGPTL8），它們均能作為血管生成素調(diào)節(jié)血管生成。 |
