| Description | B7H4是含V-set結(jié)構(gòu)域的T細(xì)胞活化抑制劑1（VTCN1），也稱為B7x，是B7家族的成員，是一種抑制性免疫檢查點(diǎn)。它通過抑制T細(xì)胞的活化、增殖、細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生和細(xì)胞毒性的發(fā)展負(fù)調(diào)控T細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫應(yīng)答。當(dāng)表達(dá)于腫瘤巨噬細(xì)胞表面時(shí)，與調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞（Treg）一起在抑制腫瘤相關(guān)抗原特異性T細(xì)胞免疫中發(fā)揮重要作用。 |
